My wife said the rib eye was perfect. My blackened tilapia wasn't really blackened but it was tasty. The highlight was the server, Destiny who was efficient and delightful, and the new salad bar. You really could just do the salad bar. The manager asked if everything was okay and thanked us for coming, always a good move.
The bathrooms were horrible, and the service was okay. They were out of things this way and that way. The bathrooms look like they have never been cleaned, and it is revolting. There wasn't much toilet paper and not much soap either. The tables around mine were left dirty the entire time and the floor wasn't great either. The food didn't take all that long, but if I had a choice I don't think I would come often, but sometimes.
Avoid especially if in a hurry and commuting on 26. My family attempted to eat here but ended up having to walk out. We waited 10 min to order. When the waitress came, she suggested to only take our drink order and son's kids order. We did not see anyone for another 15min till kids pasta came. We had still not ordered. After waiting another 15min without our appetizer and our son being finished we closed out drinks and kids pasta and went to subway.
A good rubys meal. Place was well run and clean. It is a little difficult to find the way back to their parking lot.
Waited for 20 min and no one came to acknowledged.....Restaurant was mostly empty. Should find a different option. Don't waste your time... frustrated after long drive and no food...
