Third experience at this location and third time I've been disappointed. Made a reservation ahead of time, even called to confirm the reservation and car type as PREMIUM. When we arrived we were greated with a 45 minute wait and offered a pickup truck since it was all they had. We ended up leaving empty handed.
Man let me tell you, I have rented with enterprise (orangeburg) twice so far. Each time has been pleasant, convenient, and accompanying. The first time we had a trip planned to dc and needed a large suv couldn’t no one find us one because the reservation was made a little late. We had one reserved in several locations with enterprise and was going to make a trip to Columbia to pick up a Tahoe. We got the call the night before that they had gotten one in and we could pick it up that next morning in orangeburg.
All of the employees were very helpful. They even gave me a ride back to my car which was being repaired because of a deer vs me incident....apparently the deer won. Would definitely use them in the future.
