Paid on time every time had loan with them, its been 3 weeks now and still no title back in the mail..... Went three days ago to DMV and they stated that nothing was sent to any DMV in the state. Called today DMV stated still nothing. Called the franklins ghetto fabulous group of individuals NO help, corporate needs to offer training to these circus clowns, very unprofessional experience.
