I ordered a Christmas Eve center piece for my daughter. The piece was delivered 3 days before my requested date and the flowers were in poor condition. The roses were already open and the small white flowers were turning brown. In a phone call I told the woman at Garden Gate that I was very disappointed, that the flowers were already browning and would never make it until Christmas Eve. She said she would "talk to her manager and get back to me"....she never did. In order to make the piece look presentable for the holiday we actually had to buy flowers from the grocery and replace the wilted ones. Very disappointed in the quality and lack of service. They have had a week now to make this right and they haven't. I cannot recommend them and won't do business with them again
