This is the worst experience I have ever encounter with an furniture company. I've been trying since April to get them to fix a broken recliner. I finally got the repair guy to fix the couch last month and he said he would come back and fix the recliner. I'm still waiting for this issue to get fixed. The "fixed" couch had a stray stabler that stabbed me in the leg. I'm done with Farmers Furniture and I am going to make sure everyone I know doesn't purchase furniture from them either.
