Unfriendly and slow.
Staff is always friendly and welcoming, and They have a variety of products to choose from for purchase.
Every time I come here to try and get my hair done, they make an excuse to why they can't do it or I'm going to have to wait for hours. They barely have 2 customers in here and speaking as if they have a line at the entrance. They mostly have guys getting trimming which takes 15-20 minutes. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I do not tolerate bad service, go to Regency for a quick walk in, they're more professional.
50 bucks for wash and blow dry?!?!? Nope.
Old lady has worst skills. She makes it seems like I am getting free haircut. She just trimmed my hair which takes usually 15 minutes. She didn't blend my side and back hair. It's very expensive for the service they offer.
