Employees at the store really don't seem to know what they are doing. Me and another customer had to wait for a very long time for manager override on returns. Lowe's is a terrible store for customer service and knowledgeable employees.
Great customer service by the outdoor lawn and garden cashier and their Christmas area always provides a unique variety of the most up-to-date decorations. Lowe's is great!
This store can be slow sometimes, but they have gotten some better. Employees are friendly and helpful. For example: I needed something off a shelf and a guy was moving plywood around in the adjacent department and this employee stopped what he was doing to help me. For the most part, most employees are knowledgeable and helpful.
Store has everything I was looking for, except help from employees. I walked around for 15 mins looking for something and finally found it on my own. Store set up different from my local store. Walked by an employee 3x, never stopped to help.
Went to exchange it... The next one had bad latches too... So did the next one... So, we just bought a different one...
Bought a bad toolbox .. Kobalt for my daughter (Gabby)... It had bad latches...
Lowe's was wonderful about exchanging the bad ones... No fuss, no miss... :-)
