My twenty year old Saturn finally wore out and to get the manual transmission car I wanted I went to North Carolina. I had no idea what I needed to do to change my registration, so I went to the Orangeburg DMV with many questions. I was greeted by a charming and comforting woman who told me that all would be well, and it was. My questions were all answered and I was out in less than ten minutes. More than professional, the women I spoke with were also knowledgeable and kind.

I was so impressed with how organized this place is! Everyone is super friendly and professional. I took my daughter for her permit and the lady helping us encouraged her and gave her a "high five" after she passed her test. We will definitely come back for her driving test.
