Called at 11 in the morning inquiring about replacement key for a file cabinet. Company asked me to hold while they checked to see if they could do it. Company then said no problem and I would be able to pick it up in a 2 or 3 hours. I received no call back from them in a few hours, as i was informed... I had to call them back at 4:20pm (5hrs later) to see if it was available for pick up... Company then informed me they could have key blank in tomorrow and asked if I wanted to pick it up tomorrow afternoon.
I feel like the Company lied to get my business. I based my time on their commitment and they fell through on their word.

Their service sucks. I left my car there for them to work on it. They were suppose to be fixing my driver door lock temporarily and setting my keyless remote fob to my car but my keyless remote wasn't unlocking my doors. It only lock my door and open my trunk. Eventually the driver door they fixed temporarily stop working and i had to come back to get it completely fixed. When i did came back to get my driver door fixed a couple days later it stop working...the lock it self was turning around in circles everytime you would try to turn the key. Meaning they temporarily fixed it again instead of just telling me they weren't able to fixed it smh. My paneling in the inside of my car was broken off and they tried to put it back like I wouldnt have notice it or something. You guys I would only advise you to just only get ur keys made with them but as far as setting a keyless remote or fixing your door go to your dealership or a professional because you are wasting your money and time.
