This place needs some employee training badly. They don't seem to be able to handle orders correctly. I am giving 3 starts because the manager does try to make it right however a 1 and half hour wait on a called in to pickup order is a serious problem. This happened because they put the wrong tickets on the wrong orders and someone else got my pizzas!
The WORST PIZZA HUT I'VE EVER VISITED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! MY BREAD STICKS WERE HARD AS THE BOX THEY CAME IN. MY PIZZA HAD MORE CRUST THAN TOPPINGS OR ANY OTHER INGREDIENT. MY CINNAMON STICKS WERE BURNT TO THE BOTTOM TO THE POINT WHERE THEY WERE STUCK TO THE BOX. WHEN I ARRIVED THE CASHIER COULD NOT FIND MY ORDER IN THE SYSTEM. AND THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE. I ALSO FIND IT UNSANITARY HOW THE COOKS DON'T USE GLOVES EWWWWW
Renovated since I last been. Pizza is great as always.
I have gotten some pizzas from there and they are always very good but I dont like the attendants attitud cause they are always very serious not smiley and my English is not very good. Sometimes I dont understand and ask for repetition. They seem not to be patient with customers...
