This was my time renting storage. I met the most pleasant and courteous lady named Lynne. She answered all my questions in depth. She showed me 2 different size units to help me determine which size would be best. I will recommend Public Storage to friends and family because of Lynne.

Her name was Lynn and she was also very knowledgeable about packing things in different size boxes and the size storage unit I would need for my things. I found the place very clean and the lighting is great.
I have been using Public Storage in various states and I only had 1 bad experience. Lynne is cordial, pleasant, friendly and a people person. I enjoy working with her. This is a very busy place and she is the only one I see working this facility. Keep up the good work Lynne!! By the way, we could use another facility across town, less than 10 miles away. This one is always full.
