I had tried calling the store on a Sunday, and whomever was there would pick up the phone then hang up. I attempted to call several times and this was consistent.
Had everything I needed. Staff very friendly and it's always nice to see the kitties they have there for adoption thru SPCA
My dog was groomed at Petsense in Orangeburg on 8/27/17. The groomer, Amy, exhibited very poor customer service skills. She provided unsolicited comments about my dog's behavior and spoke in an extremely negative tone. My dog received a bath and nail trim, which they did an 'okay' job completing.
