They were really helpful when we had to stop because of the AC failure in our car on the way to the beach. They took the time to show us some vehicles because we had an interest in trading our vehicle in and although we weren't prepared to do that midway to the beach, we did purchase a vehicle not long after, so their patience with our questions really helped in our decision.
