My husband and I noticed a Jeep Compass on line and contacted Plaza's dealership. The salesman Chris Bruce was very professional, courteous and accommodating. We had to travel from Charleston to pick up our vehicle and when we got there within 15 mins all paperwork was signed and keys were in hand! Mr Bruce made our car buying experience the best one we'd ever had! Thanks Chris and Plaza Chrysler Jeep Dodge! We will definitely recommend!
Service department is terrible. I took my vehicle there for a recall and they had it for nearly a month and did not give me a rental because of the manufactures faulty equipment (Alternator) which burnt out my battery also. I was told that the recall was on back order and there was nothing they could do but make me pay the price to fix up front ($1,200) and they would reimburse me later. i got it towed there 11/24/2017 and got my vehicle back 12/20/2017.This whole situation caused me to lose some time from my job. I will not buy another dodge again. I have written the BBB about the entire situation also. This whole situation caused me to lose some time from my job.
