My fiancé and I were on our way to Virginia from Florida when the water pump went out in our Jeep and we overheated. We were towed to this place and they were nothing but kind, helpful and accommodating. They were quite busy that day and said it might not get done same day but they were able to expedite it and got us out of there in 2 hours so we could get back on the road. We had our dog with us on this hot day and they let us bring him inside, provided cold water for him, and a fan. If we didn't live 2 states away we could come back here time and time again.
My insurance had me towed to Ford's Tire & Automotive after getting in a small accident while on a road trip. They replaced my front tire rod and a couple of tires and got me back on the road. Unfortunately, my rack and pinion was messed up and my steering locked up the next day and I got stranded. I wish they had been able to catch that but my impression was that they did an honest job and did the best they could do. They got me back on the road very quickly, too.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices.
