Dave always takes great care of the cars and customers. They get a lot of travelers and can help with any issue your vehicle has. Note the sign says Tread Quarters on it, used to be Monro, but that changed a few years ago. Same company though but now they carry tires - great prices
Although they are always busy n it never seems like yhey have enough people on staff this is a great store, I haven't taken my car anyway else but to them.
I went in for a simple coolant exchange. Took them hours and never updated me. I had to ask after 4hrs what was going on with my car. Super vague. Managed to "fix" my car right around closing time. I left with a head gasket leak that exploded on the highway 30min after I left. I called for my money back since I had to tow my car elsewhere for a $1000 fix. My radiator, head gasket, and AC were destroyed. They literally ruined my car I have had for 12yrs, and now I can't sell for a good deal in the future. Then I had to pay $700 to rent a car for a week and a half and paid $100 in towing to Columbia. The manager cussed me out and was paranoid claiming I was "setting him up" when I asked for a refund since they left my car in worse condition than it was before. Honestly, the worst service I have ever gotten. DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE.
Got in and got out. Very nice people. Will go back. Hope they keep the same people. Good crew
The manager at this location is a gem. Honest as they come and always a pleasure to deal with!
