The last time I went there was an employee who had a terrible attitude. He was very unprofessional. When the food came out, it was not prepared the way we ordered it. On the flip side, the building was clean.
Ordered from catering menu. One of the more expensive items says that it came with rice...the manager, through the rep on the phone, said it didn't. Requested lemonade; not only was it not there, but I was told by the rep that they made sweet tea for the order. I did originally request unsweetened tea.
Food was great and plentiful. Had a ball for my birthday dinner. My server was friendly and he made sure we everything was good to our liking.
The manager called me 10 minutes after my pick up time. This was reasonable, he was nice; insisted everything was ready for me to pick up. The variation from my order as stated was there, but also nothing was bagged up and ready for me to carry out of the store. Fortunately the rep remembered that the rolls that came with the order wasn't there, and he got them.
Food Smells Good, looks good, but didn't get all of what I expected.
Great food and almost great service. I ordered a cookie with ice cream. The waitress didn't tell me that it would take 15 minutes to cook it. Finally, after waiting 10 minutes for my desert. I asked them to forget about the cookie, my wife and I were ready to go. Then, three waitresses at once lied to us. They said it's up on the counter, ready to be served. Just sit back dowm and we'll bring it right out. So, we sat back down and waited another 5 minutes. I got up to ask them to forget about it one more time. They told me one more time it was coming right out. My wife was becoming upset as was I. Finally, they brought it out and we just told them to put it in a box to go. We were too annoyed to eat it. We just wanted to go home and not come back, ever. It was a mess by the time we got home. It was a horrible date because of that. ;-(
Ordered take out, fish sandwich and chicken wrap. Food was good. Fish Sandwich was huge. Go with 1/2 lunch portions unless you are really hungry. Ordered side of Broccoli, which could have been a bit more
Nice people, good looking food, but incomplete order and not ready to fix problems addressed. Spent over $100 and this was my first time going here--wanted to do good my coworkers at the local hospital. Looking forward to eatting the food because it looks and smells good, but won't likely return. Can't recommend for business gatherings.
