Very nice and neat hotel. Mrs. Annie at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating to fix the one issue I had w my room. She was quick to move me to another room no problem. Will be back!
Clean and orderly. The heated pools are really neat and the staff were perfectly nice. I am so happy I stayed there
I would recommend this hotel as long as you are not planning on using the sofa beds. The two room suites were fantastic. Beds wonderful; breakfast fantastic; clean and wonderful. Only problem the pull out pad (wasn't a mattress) was a relatively thin pad and was stained on both of our rooms. Also, we have to ask for linens for the putt outs.
We found this hotel at 4am, while we were trying to get away from hurricane Irma. We are so thankful that had one room left, so we could finally get some rest! The beds were comfy and the breakfast was decent. We arrived with our service dog, and there is ample space to take her to do her business. We ended up with a leak in the window during the storm, when we notified staff, they were concerned, but unable to get us into a different room. We didn't mind staying in the room, because there was no where else to go. Staff did keep providing towels so that we could stop the dripping sound. I really can't complain because we were safe from the storm.
After confirming our room 3 times as a king suite with a dog, each call resulted in them not knowing we had a dog. When we arrived, king suite wasn't available, so we got put in Queen suite. Wasn't bad, but was not what we paid for. Breakfast was awful. Eggs, sausage and shriveled up french toast sticks were ice cold. The room and pool were fine, but the competence of staff was disappointing.
