One of the worst places I’ve stayed in. I travel a lot, and try to be budget conscious. I’ve tried staying here twice, both times have been disappointing. I won’t stay again. Broken breakfast machine, lack of condiments, over salted eggs & sausages, cold room with two thin sheets, window so dirty it feels like a textured finish. Place is run down.
Would give negative stars if they had them, not only was it over booked and we were kicked out after we paid and reserved well in advance. But they were extremely rude to us as we attempted to find somewhere to stay. Kicking us out of the lobby. Would never give them business again, unless I knew they changed management. Had to participate in a student lead project and had to find somewhere to stay the night before. They never informed us of anything before hand and I cannot stress enough they were unbelievably rude about it. (Also there were spent shotgun shells in the parking lot and laundry was left on the filthy side walk)
Awful. Dirtiest place I have ever been to. Brown stuff around bathroom door knob, sheets dirty, pillow case was dirty n not dusted or vacuumed under chair. I clean bettrt being handicap. Not worth the money. Going to a haunted house would be cleaner.
Hazards!!! Dirty sheets!I worked housekeeping for 2 weeks and what I learned was how to tell if sheets are clean or used. All hotel's clean linen have fold lines. The bed on the right is at check in, the one on the left is the new sheets I requested.I hurt my leg several times....metal sticking out of bed. The night of the hurricane, rooms were $190 than $60 the next day. Fuzzy Tv! I was checked in by a rude kid around 12 yrs old.. They actually gave me someone else room, I walked in on them.
Do not stay here! We booked our room a month in advance. Then two days before we are supposed to arrive we called to verify they had our reservation. Then someone who could barely speak English precedes to tell us that they do not have our reservation. I asked him to look it up in the system and he would not... all he would do is say: no vacancies, no vacancies, no vacancies! He wouldn't even look to confirm. I tried explaining that we already had reservations and then he hung up on me. So I had my wife call him back and then he did the exact same thing to my wife! Terrible, terrible, terrible! I'd give this a minus five stars if that were an option. Beware!
